Prime Minister of the State of Palestine
Head of government position within the Palestinian Authority's institutional framework. The prime minister manages day-to-day administration in the West Bank, but the office operates under severe constraints: Israeli control over movement and revenues, donor dependence, weak legislative oversight, and the fact that Gaza has been outside Palestinian Authority control since 2007.
